Fred is a bad neighbor.
He walks like a stormtrooper. A lot.
He watches one of the two televisions in his apartment any time he's at home and awake. How do I know? Because he keeps the volume loud enough that I can tell what he's watching.
I can hear Fred burp. I'm not kidding.
@AJH Oh, Fred's not moving out. At least not before I do. He's going to be someone else's problem this fall. I'm leaving New York behind for the semi-arid climes in which I was raised. My girlfriend and I have been offered her grandmother's old home as long as we can pay the property taxes and utilities. I'm going to go to school and study History and, possibly, Social Ecology.
Fred, though, can go fuck off into a trash compactor.

about the studies, to be honest, I had to google social ecology haha so excuse my ignorance, but it seemed like an interesting choice!
