Early on in the pandemic I wondered how much the spread of other infections diseases would drop due to changes in hygiene.

Early answer is, "By an order of magnitude."

@readsteven During normal school years, our kid brought home one cold virus after another every two weeks or so on average.

I was wondering if this might not completely wipe out some of those virus strains that were essentially endemic to a closed-loop viral school highway.

I won't be crying after those viruses, those little bastards.
