Just because your programming language does not have a feature it does not mean it doesn't exist. For example, in Ruby we tend to forget about interfaces because they are not explicit.

Composition is super important in text based interfaces. There is a new trend of creating text based interfaces that makes impossible to pipe the output of a command into another and I find it super weird because you lose a lot of power.

I can only imagine the people writing in arch linux wiki acquiring their knowledge from arcane grimoires earned using their obscure arts to slay monsters from cities afar.

Arch linux wiki is one of the greatest sources of documentation I've ever seen. I am installing my new desktop and it is proving invaluable.
