When it was discovered that Amazon Alexa’s default settings allowed employees to listen to requests (without making that clear in its privacy policy), Amazon said it was improve the service.

Is this the standard we want for health services?

@privacyint Isn't HIPAA a thing? Surely full detail of every medical concern and query of a person could trivially provide insight into a person's very personal medical condition, and fall under HIPAA regulation?
