@hellojed Yeah, I found that I am patently incapable of not getting obsessed with politics threads, and it was better for me to just not participate entirely.

@eskay8 I have most of my internet time sinks blocked at hosts so that I don't waste time when I should be doing work. Twitter has been on there for years.
@phire I added mefi to my hosts multiple times, then I told cortex to delete the account and not bring it back even if I asked. There have been a few threads I would have liked to hop in on but mostly it's improved my anxiety, actually.
