As much as i don't like Anthony Levandowski -- stealing tech secrets from another company is UBER shitty (see what i did there) -- creating a company under the auspices of a religion to fund an AI god is pretty smart. I know it's straight out of a sci-fi movie, but, if the Transition (nee Singularity) is going to happen, then why not be on the controlling side of it?
