@klaatu I just listened to GWO 12x27. Thanks for the feedback on the feedback. :)
Re: the left-channel-only audio on 12x23:
I opened 12x23 in Audacity after reporting the issue and noticed, unlike its neighboring episodes, that the ogg file I downloaded was stereo, but with a flat waveform in the right channel. I just downloaded a fresh copy a few minutes ago from gnuworldorder.info, and this new file only has a left channel. I unfortunately don't have the original file to test. Weird.
Pretend like I have a gif of Chewbacca slicking back his hair after winning chess against CP30.
Because that's how I feel after having committed a 6 line XSL fix that's gonna save my contractors 100 projected human hours.

It has occurred to me that to become an expert on something, all you really have to do is live with it.
People at work sometimes ask me how I have so many random tips on tiny edge cases of this or that. It's because I use this stuff every day. I don't go home to Windows or Mac. I live and work on Linux, using open source tools. You get really familiar with these things after 365*N days of use.
I just learned yesterday how to insert a regexp's match into its replacement. How have I gotten along all these years without knowing how to do this?! It's wonderfully useful!
To illustrate, say I have a CSV with URL's in one of the fields (but not the first or last field), and I want to encapsulate those URL's in quotes.
Match: ,http\([^,]*\),
Replacement: ,"http\1",
Finally configured my initrd in #slackware to support USB keyboards. Everything's now working beautifully. :)
First toot using https://github.com/jdenen/mastodon.el. Let's see how this goes.
@klaatu
Noticed a minor typographical error on trashy's SBo README.

@klaatu
You may already be aware of this, but gnuworldorder.info seems to be down ATM.
If I had a suggested update to a README of an official #Slackware package (libkipi), what process might I take to suggest such an update? Is there an official or de facto channel I should be using?
The libkipi package README lists a website for the package, http://www.kipi-plugins.org. This website does not seem to have anything to do with kipi-plugins anymore AFAICT.
I just received an auto-dial in Chinese; didn't understand a lick of it. I guess I've been doing an okay job of keeping my phone number out of targeted marketing campaigns. 👌
@craigmaloney Thanks for the great overview of #mastodon at #mug.
Trying out Slackware Show more
@klaatu I've been listening to GNU World Order for a few years now; love the show. I've run Debian Stable for quite a while, but you inspired me to give Slackware a try. I have to say, I'm loving it so far. Everything just makes sense. Thank you. :)
