Why did I not know about this cool agency until its destruction. This has been a thing I have been thinking (and sometimes annoying people with by vehemently arguing) that we desperately need it for years. For *everything* in #publicservice. Be it taxes, #digitalservices on all levels, hospitals, universities, schools, #healthinsurance. From better websites to thorough #infosec. None of this work should be reinventing the wheel, and none of these orgs usually know how to do any of it well.
