If anybody has suggestions for how to develop the analysis, I'm open to hearing them.
One obvious question is whether organizational clusters have a hold on certain agencies. For instance, cluster 3 centers on DeVos connected companies and probably has a hold on federal education agencies.
Another angle would be to look at the geography of the different clusters.
Finally, betweenness centrality on the staff network could find individuals that bridge organizational clusters.
