The way Cloudflare handled switter.at's suspensions sounds like someone high up in Legal or even a C-level exec pressed the panic button, the "Get this stuff off our service immediately" and that overrode any customer service concerns about suspending a customer with no prior notice.
also probably not a coincidence that this happened after switter.at got a bunch of press in big tech news sites
