#SciHub is amazing, especially if you want to find out the real reasearch on a published news story, look up details of a specific medical issue (especially for rare diseases), or generally nerd out with science documents.
It's especially valuable for the second reason (medical), as it saves lives and increases the quality of life for many. That type of info especially shouldn't be behind paywalls.
