Arch Linux, openSUSE Tumbleweed, and Fedora Rawhide get a lot of attention — but my favorite rolling release is Katamari.
@garrett Endless's Hack used to be a constellation of IIRC half a dozen Flatpaks, but to submit it to Flathub it had to be rolled up into a single, larger, weirdly-shaped blob. You can guess what the scripts to do this were named!
