@wolfi It's nice, and really emphasizes values of care for people and cooperation.
The 'bible' document for #Consensus #decision-making is this one imo: https://www.seedsforchange.org.uk/consensus (They have a short version also.)
I would like to bring more consensus-type measures into how we do things at Kanthaus. For example: proposal → questions? → concerns? → resistance?
