@bryankam @dredmorbius @kensanata did you read Howl? It's quite good, I found a copy some months ago and it's quite short. Definitely captures the emotion of the phenomenon very well.

I think that Ginsburg will be referencing the bible too... I imagine almost all Moloch references trace back to bible.

Do either of you have a nice intro/primer on Ophuls? I read Ostrom's 'Governing the Commons' for context (which I highly recommend).
