I had taken Dr. Chuck Severance's then-free For Everybody class through Coursera a few years ago to learn , but was sad to learn that the class was now pay-for for . Thankfully, I was reminded about his book this morning and Python 3 is now included. Downloaded the epub file and restarting my Python journey with Python 3. πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’»

@claudiom Oh, it's 4 as in "for".

But still, they're at 3.8, I do wonder about 4.0...

@claudiom I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!! I was hesitant to learn Python for a long time. Now I'm hesitant to learn anything else.

@jazzyeagle Well, I had taken the class when it was Python 2 and I loved it. He has a great way of making it all understandable. I had forgotten about his free book until I was reminded today, so on to learning Python 3. πŸ‘πŸ»

@viktormadarasz Yes, thanks! I didn't know that he made the videos CC as well.

@claudiom @viktormadarasz
Yea, I think I need to see what Python is all about. Don't know how much time I can invest in learning it, but it's certainly something that's been gnawing away at the back of my mind that I ought to know more about it.
