YouTube’s algorithm sent me this gem of a channel this morning: Nybbles and Bytes. It’s one of those PBS-style retro computing shows like Explaining Computers except for two very important differences:

1. The focus is on low level software programming on retro computers

2. The host is a trans femme

This is literally new new favorite channel and I hope anyone interested gives her a subscription because support our family!

@StephanieRose Subbed after watching just 30 seconds of it. Great stuff! And she's right. Most of those channels on YouTube, some of which I am subbed to also, do practically everything she mentioned *except* what she's doing.

Kind of reminds me of some podcasts like Floppy Days where they cover the unusual stuff about the history. We need more content like this covering old computers used in new ways. Thanks for sharing! 👍
