sad, relationships and gift giving
Also, I accidentally melted a bit of my O key. The match broke off as it turned on 😑
Talent is a myth.
Don't let anyone tell you that you're not "gifted" enough to do art. All it takes is patience, focus and discipline, and those can be trained.
Look for the right teachers and learning material, surround yourself with artists better than yourself, and generally work a shit ton - you can make it.
I had this realization a while ago where I was like "when I dont do something even when I have a really good reason everyone can only see that Im not doing it. SO maybe sometimes when Im annoyed at people for not doing stuff (or FOR doign stuff for that matter) they have a really good reason too" and its made me way less angry as a person
If you're not in favour of universal and unconditional:

All of my friends here at TRAAA are great! Shame about my parents SMH https://redd.it/cfllbu
Today was a day for canceling plans:
* a job opportunity presented itself to my dinner partner, so no dinner
* coffee friend is sick, so no coffee
* rainy weather means no going out shopping.
A mix of emotions, for sure, but I think I'm going to enjoy the time off more considering work has been stressful this week. Aaaand I get to have time to write more things to show to my coffee friend! 😊
Rant, tech support, negative
I really hate it when tech support tells you they are going to arrive at a certain time but they don't. I'm they can't arrive 15mins after scheduled time. I'm saying please arrive within an hour. I'm saying the tech support line should also pick up quickly when called to ask about it.
Punctuality people. Or at least send a message saying you'll be late.
I hope that, whoever you are that takes the time to read this, you know deep within your heart that you deserve to be here.
Take a moment and remind yourself that you exist. That you should exist. That you belong in the world, with all its disappointments and its delights. That you deserve happiness. That you deserve to love yourself simply for the magic of being alive.
I know it's hard work every day to be good to yourself and others. I see how hard it is. I believe in you, and others do too.
This society learns us the fact that failing is *bad* and a shame.
Let me tell you: it is *not*.
Be proud of failing.
You tried something, and even if you did not succeed at your task, you learned something: this way does not work, for this reason.
That's like… The 101 of learning.
Making people ashamed of failing is a really fucked up thing to do.
I like writing, music and playing video games. Sometimes, I make stuff too.
