@tindall I think you're entirely correct. One thing I still have to overcome is a habit I carried over from corporate social media: my first instinct is to block a person because I've been conditioned to think "reporting won't do anything". I know that's not the case here, but it's like muscle memory for me and I don't think I've made enough progress in overcoming it. I owe it to the people who are more vulnerable than myself to try harder at that.

The paradox of them repeating that they JUST WANT TO TALK, while simultaneously throwing out my own context in favor of theirs is just... comedy to me.
