Okay so a few weeks back I made fun of the GOP for their claims of "policy-wonkiness" in regards to their healthcare legislation. I take that back having read parts of the Senate bill. There are literally 15 clever ways they are using to cut Medicaid that are all really wonky and sinister.
My favorite? Medicaid gets phased out over the next 10 years, but between now and then, if you are on it, you must reapply every 6 months, if you fail to do so you lose it forever.
