One of the most fundamental problems with social media and harassment and the pain it causes, is that one person can easily become the flash-point of a mob's aggression.

Whether each individual in the mob actually has justifications for his or her grievances is completely irrelevant. Mob justice is never reasonable.

When people become the target of a mob, the only self care that works is to stop listening. Sound familiar? Yeah.

However I have to point out that you're coming into a hashtag not to contribute but to police people's language and tone. Mal might disagree with me, but I'd like to request you not use this hashtag to police what people can say. If you'd like to see less critiques of the leadership here, feel free to contribute to the forking effort
