The worst meeting:
At the start of the day is the one that will negatively impact my productivity the most.
Right after lunch? Working from home, I eat at natural lulls in concentration and energy. Fixed lunchtime is from shiftwork.
Starting when I normally leave is almost not a thing anymore. I quit working when I am spent (often a little after). In a way, a meeting at this time will hurt me the least: I'm actually already gone.
1-1 with the boss depends on the boss. Right now, not bad.
@seachanged For me, "lunch" is more about a break from work than food (though it's definitely about food). So I schedule a break so I can walk away from my desk for an hour, otherwise I'll never get away.
