Backyard pizza finally happened. Handmade dough turned out well. Made a few minor mistakes, but almost all was eaten. I can see just a little practice making this mostly routine.

How long does it take from the time you light it until it is ready for a pizza?

@whami About fifteen minutes to reach over 700 Fahrenheit, once the flame gets going. It can take a few minutes to get the pellets burning well.

ngl getting a raw pizza to leave the peel for the stone more-or-less intact has been one of my life's mild but ongoing satisfactions
