I almost feel sorry for these direct-email (cold-call) B2B marketing people. I get messages every day... they're relevant to my job/company, more or less, and they contain "if you are not interested in doing business with us, click here to unsubscribe".
And I just report them all as spam to Gmail. I almost feel sorry because I spent a lot of years managing email delivery. I'm not sorry, because it's companies like this that make the job of email delivery difficult.
